Reclaim Your Intuition - Breathe  Remember  Rise

The intuitive knowledge you have within, once accessible, is life-changing.

In this empowering guide to intuition Jo Kempton shows us that discerning how to rely on our intuition to make self-honouring decisions delivers a level of confidence and joy that brings back the full colour of life!

When we are caught in the expectations of others, we can override our own sense of what feels right for us in order to fit in. The consensus has been established in a way that undermines our connection to the innate intuitive wisdom that reminds us of the truth that We Know.

Jo knew that she knew, and then she began to disbelieve herself in favour of the opinions of others whom she had been led to believe were more knowledgeable than she was. The rational fixation that society demands from us all can illegitimize our intuition. Our awareness of our own value, needs, and sovereignty can

be diminished in the process. Jo shines light on the origins of our intuitive shut down, and offers guidance and experiential examples to assist us to shift out of the unsupportive patterns we have created and reunite with our inner knowing that has been waiting to be heard.

Each chapter of this book is designed as a self-contained workshop in an area you may not have previously considered. Jo has found that the confidence our intuition brings is liberating because we don’t need to be understood by others anymore. We are free to make intuitively led decisions, and even if that looks like ‘not fitting in’, we still feel a powerful sense of belonging within.

You are invited in to reclaim the power of your intuition.

Our voice has power when we know we are speaking the truth! Jo shares the path to reclaim our intuition. She lives in Wairarapa, New Zealand with her son and cat.
