Q  I love this idea Jo but I'm feeling overwhelmed at the thought of 10 different ones.  How will I know what to use?
A  I send instructions with each pack. Each flower essence has a description and instructions which come on one sheet in the pack.
ie Take this one out of the pack and use it starting today.
Then use this one starting in one week.
Use this one a week later. And so on.
Or take the one that your eye, hand or heart wants and use that right now.
